About Jens Teutrine
Jens Teutrine was born on October 22, 1993, in Gütersloh. He is a Roman Catholic and currently single.
He completed his Abitur at the Reinhard-Mohn-Berufskolleg business school. Later, he studied philosophy and social sciences at the University of Bielefeld while working as a night guard at a dementia clinic and as an employee at a hardware store. More recently, he has been serving as a director of political education seminars and as an assistant to a member of the Bundestag.
In 2009, Jens joined the Young Liberals. From 2015 to 2017, he served as the district chairman of the Young Liberals in East-Westphalia-Lippe. He became the state vice president in 2017 and the state president of the Young Liberals in North Rhine-Westphalia in 2018. In 2020, he was appointed as the federal president of the Young Liberals. Since 2021, Jens has been a member of the federal executive committee of the Free Democratic Party (FDP) and the state executive committee of the FDP in North Rhine-Westphalia.
