Sonja Heinrich works at the family-owned company I. K. Hofmann GmbH, supporting the management as an Authorized Officer and Member of the Executive Committee. She leads the international Steering Committee of all subsidiaries and is responsible for the strategic orientation of the countries. Additionally, she manages the operational leadership of Hofmann Personal's American and Swiss foreign businesses. Simultaneously, she is a member of the supervisory board of nemensis AG Germany and Managing Director at Heinrich & Coll. Gesellschaft für Personalberatung mbH. Through her commitment and expertise, she has contributed to being successful both locally and globally and achieving the organizations' business goals. Her ability to develop and implement strategic visions has enabled her to implement sustainable growth strategies and continuously strengthen the market position. For her, people are always at the forefront, as she believes that a company's success is largely dependent on the satisfaction and commitment of its employees.
