I spent 10 years as an introverted leader in the German Armed Forces. My experience ranged from infantry to training planning and policy work in a higher command authority, culminating in public relations.
Afterward, I studied business psychology (M.Sc.) with a focus on branding and positive psychology in leadership.
Following my studies, I had a brief stint in the agency world: strategic brand consulting, design, and spatial branding.
Just before burnout, I pulled the emergency brake and left the agency world.
After training as a systemic coach and change manager, and as a PERMA Lead Consultant, I became self-employed and, over the past five years, have increasingly paved the way to becoming a keynote speaker. In recent years, I've presented at events such as the Mindstyle Festival, Infinity365, and the Empower Meetup, as well as at internal corporate leadership conferences, addressing topics like "Leadership Beyond Empowerment" and "Psychological Safety as a Success Factor in Companies." Through my clients, I have also discovered that in personal collaborations are particularly attractive to introverted entrepreneurs and visionaries, and that together we can achieve the best results.
