Today, I'm a founder of four companies, a speaker, a podcast host, and a mother of four. My entrepreneurial journey began in 2011 with the founding of MIAS DIAS Event GmbH & Co. KG—a company that still exists today.

I stand for pragmatic entrepreneurship, female empowerment, and true work-life balance—without investors, but with a clear focus on self-determination. My motto: You don't need a master plan—you need the courage to begin.
