Over four days in Mallorca, we step away from day-to-day execution and short-term tactics. Instead, we focus on the strategic foundations of a modern freelance business — including how automation and AI can be used responsibly to create leverage, reduce personal dependency, and future-proof your work. The retreat is structured and guided, with clear inputs, frameworks, and working sessions, while leaving enough space for reflection, discussion, and deep work in a small, curated group.

The retreat takes place in Mallorca, chosen for its calm, light, and distance from everyday routines. Accommodation is included and shared with the group, creating space for meaningful conversations beyond the formal sessions — over breakfast, walks, or long dinners. Flights are organized individually to keep flexibility (not included). Everything is designed to remove friction so you can focus fully on your business.

He has worked with freelancers, consultants, and independent professionals across Europe for years, helping them rethink how they sell, position, and structure their businesses. His work focuses on systems, decision-making, and sustainable growth — especially for people who want more leverage and freedom without building agencies or large teams. Hubert is known for his direct, demanding style and for challenging participants to move beyond incremental improvements toward fundamentally stronger business decisions. He is joined by his experienced team to support both the strategic work and the group process throughout the retreat.
