Christian Moldenhauer is a consulting professional and entrepreneur. He began his career in aircraft simulation before moving into management consulting, later earning an MBA from London Business School. He worked as a Project Leader at BCG, one of the world's leading strategy consulting firms, and as a Principal at E.ON, Europe's largest energy company, where he led strategic and transformation initiatives.

Christian is the founder and Managing Director of expertpowerhouse, Europe's leading management consulting platform for freelance consultants and interim managers. He works closely with independent professionals to help them build great offerings for an increasingly AI-driven market. Outside of work, Christian is an outdoor enthusiast who competes in HYROX events, runs marathons, and enjoys mountaineering, sailing, and diving. He lives in Düsseldorf with his family and children.
