I don't know where to start - How to prioritize when everything is urgent

In this talk, I introduce a simple and practical prioritization framework that helps freelancers and solopreneurs decide what to work on first when everything seems important. The framework is based on real project experience in process optimization and illustrated with concrete examples from both client work and freelance life.

It separates topics into three clear categories with decreasing importance on the to-do list: revenue-driving work, internal steering and stability, and individual efficiency problems. Today, freelancers have more tools, faster execution and higher expectations than ever before, yet many still struggle to decide what actually deserves their time. As AI accelerates delivery and clients increasingly expect clear outcomes instead of activity, prioritization has become a critical skill rather than a nice-to-have. This talk explains why clarity, not productivity, is the real bottleneck for sustainable freelance work — and offers a practical approach that can be applied immediately.
