Alessandro Pedori

AI/NLP Engineer, CTO, Moderator, Mentor, Coach

Alex is an AI engineer, facilitator, and serial career-reinventor. He was one of the first people he knows of to lose a career to AI: a technical translator in 2008–2010, edged out by machine translation before most of the industry saw it coming. He went back into engineering (NLP, then ML, then AI engineering), fell in love with Python at the right time, and now leads AI work for products in medical affairs and therapy, after early-NLP and Siri localization work at Apple.

He’s seen this movie before, and he can smell when it’s playing again.

In parallel, he's a Level 2 IFS Practitioner and co-leads IFS Collective, where he runs workshops and 1:1 work on decision-making, life design, and sustainable change.

He's also explicitly not a "warm" coach: confrontational, allergic to motivational fluff, more useful for people who want a sharp mirror than a soft cushion.

The Beautiful Mosaic: Aligning Your Many Inner Drives to Design Your Next Chapter

June 12, 2026 13:30

One part of you wants stability. Another wants freedom. A third wants meaning, and a fourth just wants to stop overthinking and ship something. Traditional planning fails because it assumes a single decision-maker sitting at the wheel. There isn’t one, and pretending otherwise is why your last three "five-year plans" quietly died.

In this hands-on session, you’ll stop forcing motivation and start working with your internal diversity.

Using the Beautiful Mosaic method (drawn from Internal Family Systems and 20 years of facilitation) you will:
• Map three plausible future lives, not just the “responsible” one
• Identify what each inner drive is actually trying to protect (it’s rarely what you think)
• Design a 4-week experiment that tests a direction instead of forcing a decision.

Fair warning: I'm am not the "everything is already great" kind of person.
We'll ask uncomfortable questions and push on the parts of your story you’ve smoothed over.

You’ll leave with clearer direction, less internal friction, and decisions that hold because every part of you is on board.
