Dirk Franzke

Dirk Franzke is an entrepreneur, former freelancer, and one of the most experienced insiders in the German-speaking provider and freelance market. He's convinced that freelancing is the work model of the future – because people are looking for variety, responsibility, and attractive compensation for their expertise. And because companies benefit precisely from this: agility, speed, and access to top talent.

His journey began in 2018 with the founding of expertmatch, a platform for IT freelancers. There, he quickly acquired well-known clients and established a data-driven matching approach before relinquishing operational responsibility as the company grew. He then gained experience as an independent consultant and interim manager, and from 2021 onward, as managing director and shareholder, he played a key role in building the platform consultingheads.
