Hi, I'm Sophia, and I love working in environments where things can get stressful quickly: complex projects, diverse teams, (initially) unclear structures – and visions that ideally should have been reality yesterday.

I've been a freelancer since 2022, leading projects and freelancer teams and supporting clients from strategy to implementation – always with a strong product-oriented mindset and a background in psychology. And that's exactly the mix I bring to my session, "Work Hard - Rest Smart."
