From scattered to focused: A Compass for the "What Should I Do Next?”

June 11, 2026 12:00

This will be a hands-on interactive workshop designed for freelancers who feel pulled in multiple directions and want more clarity, confidence, and momentum in their work.

Using a Leadership Compass that I designed for myself as a freelancer; built around four core elements — Clarity, Experience, Expression and Self-Leadership, they will reflect on what they do best, what they enjoy, and where they want to focus next.

Through guided reflection, practical exercises, and real shared examples, they will learn how to make sense of diverse skills and experiences, articulate their value more clearly, and move forward with intention.
