How AI changed what I deliver: From consultant to builder

A year ago, I was a CRM consultant who delivered audits, strategy decks, and implementation roadmaps.
Today I also build systems, both for how I operate and for what I hand to clients. AI is what made that jump possible without writing code.

Behind the scenes, every call now feeds an automated pipeline. Transcripts get processed and routed: to-dos with deadlines to my task tracker, strategic insights to my library, content ideas queued for publishing. One conversation generates outputs that used to take an afternoon.

On the client side, I went from handing over a strategy document to handing over the document plus a working system that the team can run without me. Because AI tooling removed the wall between "here's what you should do" and "here's something that does it."
