Not just IT. FUN is for independent knowledge workers: people who make a living from what they know. We want designers, writers, consultants, marketers, creatives, coaches and developers on stage. And you do not need to be famous.
What makes a FUN session
Our programme team reads every proposal and asks four questions.
Good fit
- 1 Useful Will people do something differently on Monday?
- 2 First-hand Is it your own experience, with real examples and numbers?
- 3 Fresh Is it new for this audience, or new in what it shows?
- 4 No pitch Would it still help someone who never buys from you?
Not a fit
- Pitches for your product, course, agency or coaching, open or disguised
- Motivation without concrete examples
- Tours of AI tools without results from real work
- A talk you have given unchanged elsewhere
Our test: would someone who never buys from you still find it useful?
We also build a balanced programme: different professions, different voices, German and English sessions.
Three ways onto the stage
Talk
One speaker · with time for questions
One idea, explained properly, with examples people can use.
Workshop
Hands-on · small group or full hall
From a dozen people at tables to a hall of 100 joining in. Everyone leaves with something they made or decided.
Panel or fireside chat
Up to four people · moderated
For topics with more than one side, or a conversation worth listening to.
Submit in German or English. The strongest submissions can end up on the main stage.

More than one idea? Send each one as its own proposal. Two strong ones beat five quick ones.
-
First time on a stage? Say so in the form. We care about what you know, not how often you have spoken.
Send your proposal
Start with your name and email. We send you a link, and you add your session and your profile in three short steps. Come back any time before the deadline.
The call for speakers for FUN27 opens soon. Until then, have a look at the topics and formats and start shaping your idea.
Know someone who belongs on our stage?
Many of the best speakers never apply. Tell us who you would love to hear, and why. If they fit, we invite them to submit.
For companies and partners
Talks are not for sale. To reach our audience as a brand, talk to our partner team.
Questions from speakers
Can I send more than one proposal?
Yes. Send each one separately. Two strong proposals beat five quick ones.
German or English?
Either. Pick the language you present best in. We run sessions in both and mark the language in the programme.
Do I need speaking experience?
No. Tell us in the form if it would be your first talk. It does not count against you.
Will my session be recorded?
Yes. Talks and panels are filmed and can be published free in our Library. You agree to this when you submit, together with us using your name, photo and session to promote FUN27.
Do I need to be there both days?
Only for your session. Plan to arrive 30 to 60 minutes before it for the tech check. Your ticket covers both days, so you can come on day one even if you speak on day two, and stay as long as you like.
Can I present with someone else?
Yes. Name your co-speakers in your proposal. A freelancer and a client on stage together often makes a great session.
Can I change my proposal after sending it?
If your idea changes, send it as a new proposal and say which one it replaces. For anything else, write to us with the button next to these questions.
What if my proposal is not selected?
You get an answer either way. We read every proposal, but we cannot send detailed feedback to everyone.
Who do I contact if something goes wrong?
Blago, who runs the programme, with the button next to these questions. Write if the form does not work, if your question is not answered here, or if you have not heard from us by the date we promised. Please do not write to pitch your proposal or ask about your chances. Every proposal goes through the same review, and messages do not change the result.
I want to present my company’s product. Where do I go?
Talks are not for sale, and product pitches do not make it through selection. To reach our audience as a brand, talk to our partner team.
Something not working?
Ask Blago · He runs the programme. Write if the form breaks or your question is not answered here.
